The main aim to form this project is the make the control variations to the land registry digital, easy and simpler. The RTC is commonly known as “Pahani.” It is an official document of land having detailed information related to the area, owner, and other essential details of the land.

Step 2: Open the official portal rtc.karnataka.gov.in
Step 3: Now a home page will be opened as shown below

Step 1: Open official portal www.landrecords.karnataka.gov.in

Steps For The Land Registration
Bhoomi Karnataka Land Registration Process at landrecords.karnataka.gov.in
Step 1: First of all, you are required to gather stamp paper and all the other requirements.
Step 2: After collecting all the said documents, you have to visit the office of Sub-register in charge; there you have to submit the required documents.
Step 3: Thereafter, verification will be taken place, and after the successful registration, students have to pay a fee for the land registration. Must ensure to collect the receipt for the registration of land.
Step 4: Now, the photograph of the landholder will be taken.
Step 5: After that, the approval of the buyer and seller’s for purchasing and selling the land will be required along with the witness.
Step 6: After completion of the above procedure, the unique registration number will be assigned to the buyer.
Step 7: At last, completer documents and the process will be rechecked, and the sale information will be given to the Patwaris of that jurisdiction for making a legal entry into the Jamabandi register, which is known for the Record of Rights (Pahani).
